A and B Runs planned as usual.
With the Cork NPS on this weekend, there may be a lower turn-out that normal. Can you say if you plan on coming, so that folk can plan a route and wait in the event you are running late.
I will be there (B Run).
Cheers, A.

Mike are you no longer going to Cork?
Mark how long/short does a route be? What about lap of adult NPS course, Belvoir via towpath and then back via Barnetts?
I might call over to the Stomornt thing afterwards.

I think the only ones that ended up going to Cork were Lance and Craig.
How long or short it is depends on who turns up but there'll be a few kids so we'll find somewhere to spend a bit of time doing a bit of interval training and practicing a few technical sections.

A big group on the B Run this morning - I think there were around 16 !! We headed towards the back of Lady Dixon and stopped to tackle a set of steps. Then it was off to Minowburn Car park via the Tow Path using the steel bridge to get to the other side. At the car park a few tried (and succeeded) in jumping the river gap and then it was off to Belvoir, using Shaw's Bridge and the trail by the Cafe. The MTBR trail was pretty boggy but everyone made it up and over to the Berm Trail where we did a few loops and practised jumping the logs. I think I'm gonna need a lesson on how not to land! Then it was out the way we came using a Wall'd Berm and back down the MTBR trail. Tow Path towards Giants Ring heading home. Great day for it! A.
